Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Amikoi waitlist ("Waitlist"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not join the Waitlist.

2. What the Waitlist Is

The Waitlist is a registration of interest for Amikoi's travel advisory services. Joining the Waitlist does not:

• Guarantee you a spot in Amikoi's founding cohort
• Create any obligation on Amikoi to provide services
• Establish a client-advisor relationship
• Entitle you to any particular pricing, priority, or access

Selection for the founding cohort is at Amikoi's sole discretion and is not first-come, first-served.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the Waitlist. By joining, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when joining the Waitlist. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date.

5. Communications

By joining the Waitlist, you consent to receive:

• Confirmation of your waitlist registration
• Updates about Amikoi's launch and availability
• Occasional pre-launch communications about services and founding membership

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials related to Amikoi — including but not limited to the Amikoi name, logo, manifesto, and marketing materials — are the property of Amikoi and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Amikoi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Amikoi's total liability to you shall not exceed €0 (zero), as no monetary consideration has been exchanged for Waitlist registration
• Amikoi makes no warranties about the timing, nature, or availability of its services

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amikoi, its founders, and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Waitlist or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

Amikoi may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address you provided. Continued participation in the Waitlist after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, in accordance with EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
